Warehouse and Industrial Concrete Floors in Lancashire
Large-area internal floor slabs for warehouses, distribution units, factories and agricultural buildings, laser screeded and power floated by our own team.

Warehouse and Industrial Floors by Concast
An industrial floor has to carry racking, forklifts and heavy point loads for decades, and its flatness decides how well the building works. Concast Concrete Flooring lays internal slabs for new warehouses, distribution and manufacturing units and large agricultural buildings, working from the engineer's design and the floor specification.
We place the concrete with our own pump, level it with a Ligchine Screed Saver Max laser screed and finish it with ride-on power floats. Bringing our own plant means the floor is laid to our programme rather than a hire firm's, and the same team is responsible from the first load to the final pass of the float.
Floors can be laid as mesh reinforced or steel fibre reinforced slabs, with saw cut or formed joints set out to suit the racking layout. Tell us the floor area, the specification and the access, and we will price the work on a labour and plant basis.

Concrete frame and basementFrequently asked questions
How flat will the floor be?
Floors are laid to the flatness set in the specification, which for warehouses is commonly referenced to Concrete Society TR34. Using a laser screed across the bays is what allows a large floor to stay level and consistent.
Do you bring your own plant?
Yes. We arrive with our own concrete pump, laser screed and power floats, so the pour is not held up waiting on hire companies.
How do you price a warehouse floor?
We price on a labour and plant basis to suit each project. Send us the floor area, the specification and the site location through the enquiry form.
Can you lay floors inside agricultural buildings?
Yes. We have laid floors inside large livestock and poultry buildings as well as warehouses and industrial units.
Planning a warehouse floor?
Send us the floor area, specification and site location for a labour and plant price.
